The house could be enlarged vertically if it meets the Urban and Architectural Regulations.
Additions and significant modifications require drawings showing a design that is in compliance with the Rosemary Beach Urban Regulations, Architectural Regulations and would be reviewed by the Town Architect to determine approval.
