WaterColor Beach Club and Camp WaterColor Expansion
WaterColor recently completed a major expansion that added two new pools to the WaterColor Beach Club and increased the size of the pool at camp WaterColor and added a lazy river. This expansion began in 2017 to help alleviate some of WaterColor's growing pains. All Current WaterColor owners were assessed at just over $16,000. For those that did not elect to pay the special assessment in full for a discount, the special assessment is $330 a quarter for 13 years.
